What are the event logos? Where are they displayed?

 

On the Hubilo platform: 

The logo will be visible along with the Event Name and Event Description on the Event page.

To create a logo for your Virtual Event follow the steps below :

 

Step 1: Log in to your Hubilo Dashboard and click on "Brand Your Event" and there you will get the option of "Event Logo"

 

Step 2: Click on ADD LOGO and upload the desired logo for the event, however, the Width and Height of the image should be at least 300 px with a maximum allowed size of 5 MB.

Once the logo is added scroll down and click on 'Save'.

 

Placing the Event logo in the Top Navigation bar:

Organizers can now place the Event Logo in the Top Navigation bar. This can be done by selecting Enable Event Logo in the Navigation option in the Event Logo section.

The 'Enable Event Logo in Navigation' and 'Hide Hubilo Logo' options together provide multiple scenarios:

 

Scenario 1:

Hide Hubilo Logo - Off

Enable Event Logo in Navigation - Off

In this scenario, the Hubilo logo will show up on the top left side of the Navigation bar and the Event logo will only be seen on the Reception page.

 

Scenario 2:

Hide Hubilo Logo - Off

Enable Event Logo in Navigation - On

 

In this scenario, the Event logo will appear on the top left side of the Navigation bar with Powered by Hubilo text and the Hubilo logo will be at the footer.

Scenario 3:

Hide Hubilo Logo - On

Enable Event Logo in Navigation - Off

 

In this scenario, no logo will appear on the top left side of the Navigation bar and be Powered by Hubilo text and the Hubilo logo will be removed from everywhere.

Scenario 4:

Hide Hubilo Logo - On

Enable Event Logo in Navigation - On

 

In this scenario, only the Event logo will appear on the top left side of the Navigation bar, and Powered by Hubilo text and the Hubilo logo will be removed from everywhere.

If there are multiple Event logos added for an event, the first logo placed will be the default logo which will be displayed on the Navigation bar.

 

Note: On the Reception page, the logo will appear on the topbar only on scrolling down. This is basically to avoid duplication of images, however, the logo will automatically appear on the top bar if a user is on any other event sections.

 

Ticket Landing Page

Event logo settings will now be applicable on the ticket landing page. The event logo on the landing page is clickable and will redirect to the link attached to it.

Note: It will display the event logo according to the settings done by the organizer for the "Hide Hubilo Logo".

 

Note:

  • Please connect with your CSM if you do not see the toggle in the 'Brand your Event' section.

  • The feature to display the logo on navigation is only supported in the v2 community.

  • The option to hide Hubilo Logo & Powered by is only offered in certain subscription plans (enterprise or add-ons). Please connect with your sales AM or CXM once for more details.

  • The event logo setting will be applicable in the Hubilo broadcasting studio as well.
