Embeddable event section widgets on the dashboard

 
 

 

Hubilo provides certain embeddable widgets that event organizers can embed on their external websites using an iFrame Code.

 

Event sections that are currently supported as embeddable widgets:


How to get the iFrame codes for the event section widgets:

 

Step 1: Open dashboard > Event

 

Step 2: Open the supported event sections on the dashboard

 

Step 3: Click on the Embed Code icon (This icon will only appear when there is some data added in the respective section)

 

 

 

Speaker Page Widget:

Add your event speaker information in the people section on the dashboard & they will be displayed in the speaker section on the event platform. You can also display this information on your external website with this widget.

 

 

Virtual Booth widget:

All the booths created on your event dashboard will be displayed & it would be a responsive widget, therefore users would be able to click on the booth name to see further information.

 

 

Session Page Widget:

You can add session information to the event dashboard & showcase this information on your external website by embedding the session page widget into it.

 

It would be a responsive widget, therefore users would be able to click on it to view information.

 

Share these iframe embed codes with your website developer & they can place the code in your HTML website.

 

Ticket Widget:

You can embed the registration tickets to your external website with this widget. To know more about this - click here.

 


Note:

  • Only supported in v2 community events

  • These widgets & sections are dynamic, therefore any changes made on the Hubilo dashboard would reflect immediately on the respective iFrame code data.

  • These widgets are responsive & interactable, therefore your user would be able to click on them.

  • In the People section - currently, only Speaker Listing is supported

  • Session iFrame will display all sessions (Open & Hidden)

  • If you have added a custom theme to your event, then your event widgets will display the same color theme.
