Export your registration data automatically from Hubilo directly to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and manage your contacts/leads for the events with ease using the same.

Below are the steps to unlock the Microsoft Dynamics 365-Hubilo integration to power your next event.
We would need a Microsoft account for this integration.

First we need to login into the Microsoft Dynamics portal and Paste the Microsoft Dynamics URL.

Step 3: Click on 'Create'

Step 4: Map the Hubilo fields you wish to export with the respective Microsoft Dynamics Field.

The organizer should be able to select the object they want to push the event data into(e.g, leads, contacts, or any other custom object)

The Organiser will be able to locate the object on the left-hand side of the Microsoft Dynamics Portal.
For example: If the organizer wishes to select the contacts, they will be able to find the same as per the Image shown below:

Based on the object selected, the organizer will get the option to map Hubilo fields to the Dynamics object field to export the data in the respective fields

Profile fields that will be available to Export:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Gender

  • Company Name

  • Designation

  • Country

  • City

  • State

  • Hubilo Magic link

  • Event Name

Once connected it will look as below:

Step 5: The organizer can select the event you would like to Sync with Microsoft Dynamics by toggling it on.

They can go ahead and disconnect from Microsoft Dynamics by clicking on 'Disconnect'.

Note: Data is sent and synced from the dashboard only once and does not update if any changes are made in the dashboard at a later stage. We need to manually sync the data whenever new data is added.
