HBS Group Portrait as Attendee -
The Group Portrait feature is available only when hosting a session using HBS (Hubilo Broadcasting Studio). It allows the Panelist and Attendees to take a group selfie during the session. Once the group portrait timer is over, they will get their group portrait and also will have an option to share or download their selfie.
Please find below the steps to take the group portrait in the HBS session -
As other Panelists (who hasn't initiated the group portrait) in HBS & Attendees in Community -
-
The users will need to go in the ongoing session by clicking 'Join Session' tab.
-
The user will find the 'Group Portrait' option in the side panel of the engagement options. The CTA to join the group portrait will be disabled till the time the Initiator has not shared its invite from HBS.
-
The users will only be able to Join the Group Portrait once the invite is initiated by the initiator in HBS.
-
Once the Group Portrait is initiated, other panelists in HBS will not be able to initiate the portrait. They can only be invited to join the group portrait by the initiator. Until then, the CTA to join the portrait will be disabled for other panelists.
-
Once the initiator sends an invite, other panelists & attendees will receive a floating toast message with a countdown clock to join the Portrait on screen. They can join by clicking the 'Join' button. This notification will remain on stage for 30 seconds before it disappears automatically. If the panelists / attendees dismiss this, they can participate from the side panel 'Join Group Portrait' CTA.
-
The other panelists & attendees can also join the group portrait, by clicking the 'Join Group Portrait' CTA in the side panel.
-
Attendees will need to allow camera permission to enable the camera -
-
If camera permissions are not given, attendees will not be able to proceed further. They will need to allow browser camera access, for the same a support article can help them using 'Learn More' –
-
After giving access to the camera and accepting the invite, the other panelists and attendees can upload and confirm their own image. A countdown will be visible at all stages to create urgency.
-
They can choose to retake the selfie or cancel the entire process by clicking the “X” icon (They can restart the flow again as long as the countdown timer is active).
-
Once the image is confirmed it cannot be changed. The panelist / attendee will be able to see a live count of the number of people who have participated in the Group Portrait in real time. This screen will be available until the timer runs out.
-
Once the timer is complete, the other panelists & attendees will be able to view their Group Portrait.
-
Once the time runs out, a group Portrait will be created with the keynote speaker, speakers & attendees and the attendee/ other speaker can view the group portrait alongside with the initiator. A floating toast message will also be sent informing them 'Your Group Portrait is ready!' and they can view it by clicking 'View Portrait' CTA. The other speaker / attendee can dismiss the message and view the portrait anytime from the side panel by clicking 'View Group Portrait' CTA.
-
Once the speaker/attendee has dismissed the floater message, they can view the portrait anytime from the side panel by clicking 'View Group Portrait' CTA.
-
The other panelists / attendee can share the group portrait on Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), Download their Portrait template or Share on the Event Feed -
