In our new version, engagement options are now available in Rooms as well as in sessions.
The Live Chat option is a new feature to enhance the experience of the participants.
This option makes the discussions more interactive by allowing the participants to provide their inputs in the Live Chat which works in Real Time when the Room is operational.
Steps to Enable Live Chat Option in a Room are as follows:
Step 1: Go to Rooms Tab in the Event Section
Step 2: Click on the 'Add Rooms' option to make a new Room for a particular agenda/discussion.

Step 3: Go to the Live Chat option and switch the Toggle ON
Once you click on the Add Rooms option and enter the respective details for that particular Room, then you have to locate the Live Chat option under the Engagement Options. Switch the Toggle ON for Live Chat Option.
