As a booth member, you can access your booth dashboard to manage its content and engage with event users.
Event admin/organizers need to enable the premium booth option on their dashboard first in order to give access to the booth members to manage their own virtual booth dashboard.
This can be done by opening Hubilo Dashboard > event > booth > edit > enable premium booth > manage booth option > save
Once the premium booth is enabled, booth members would be able to access their own respective virtual booth dashboard to manage its content & network with event users.
Here's the process to access your booth dashboard:
Open event platform link on Google Chrome browser or Event Mobile App > login with your registered email ID
Open the event platform > click on the profile icon on the top right side > click on the Exhibitor's Profile and then on the Exhibitor's Dashboard.
Once you click on the Dashboard you get access to:
Product & Services
Here you can check the Active Users, Product Views, Business Cards, Profile Views, Downloads, Chats, Schedule Meetings, Lounge Meetings, CTA Clicks and the Engaged Users.
Below are the fields that can be edited:
The Exhibitor booth profile.
The Logo and the Spotlight image/Video.
Exhibitor Information like the Exhibitor Name, Description, Contact Info, Social Links, Brochures, Custom CTA.
Update listing banner
The list of Exhibitor Members can be viewed here. You can click on the Member and get their details.
Note: Team members can only be added by event admin/organiser
Products & Services:
The Products & Services can be added/deleted or edited here.
Add Product: You can add a product by clicking on 'Add Product' and fill in the Product Details like the Product Name, Description, Button Label, Button URL, Logo.
Edit Product: The Product details can be edited by clicking on the 'Edit', option on the particular product image.
You can Edit the Product Details like the Product Name, Description, Button Label, Button URL, Logo.
Delete Product: The Product can be deleted by clicking on the 'Delete' icon on the Product image.
The Product Videos can be played/deleted or edited here.
Add Video: You can add a Video by clicking on 'Add Video'.
Fill the caption and Add YouTube/Vimeo link.
Play Video: You can play the video by clicking on the 'Play' icon on the video.
Edit Video: You can Edit the video details by clicking on the 'Edit' option on the video, make the relevant changes and click on 'Save'.
Delete Video: The video can be deleted by clicking on the 'Delete' icon on the video.
Engagement: Control the engagement options for your virtual booth:
Live Chat - Enable the toggle - to allow attendees to chat in your booth
Q&A - Enable the toggle
To moderate the questions - Enable - "Do you want to moderate Q&A?"
To allow anonymous questions - Enable - "Allow attendees to ask anonymous questions"
Live Polls - Enable the toggle - to allow attendees to vote on the live poll in your booth
Booth Size & Listing banner can only be set by the event admin
Team members can only be added by the event admin
Exhibitor dashboard access is controlled by the event admin
