How to add Virtual Booths for the event?


Virtual Booth is a space for Exhibitors/Sponsors of the event to showcase their company profile, products, videos, etc.



Below are the steps to add Virtual Booths:


Step 1: Go to the virtual booth from the main menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the 'Add Virtual Booth' tab.



Step 3: To add virtual Booths, you have two options either you can add a single booth or if you have multiple booths in one go you can opt for bulk upload.


To Add Single booth:

Step 1: Select Single add from the drop-down option.


Step 2: Fill in the required details > Click on 'Add'.

If you wish to add another booth right away then click 'Save & Add More'.



To Add Booths in bulk:

Step 1: Select the 'Bulk Upload' option from the drop-down tab.

Step 2: Download the Bulk Upload Template.


Step 3: Upload the file once you have filled out all the details in the sheet.

The added booths will be visible in the dashboard in the Virtual Booth tab and in the Exhibitor tab on the Event Platform.


To Add Booths from previous events:

Step 1: Select the 'From Previous Events' option from the drop-down.

Step 2: Select the booths from the available booths.


Step 3: Click 'Select'.



Below fields will be copied while selecting booths from previous events:

  1. In basic details: Name, Profile image, Spotlight Banner, About, Mobile No, Contact Email ID, Address, Files, Social links

  2. Product Images, Product Videos

  3. The fields that get default values are:
    - In basic details: Booth size (all booth sizes will be small by default after copying), Priority

Apart from the above, all the other settings will not be copied.

The selected booths will be added to this event.
