Attendees can chat while the session is ongoing which is also an engagement factor during a Live Session.
A chat option is present right next to the session screen, from where attendees can chat while the session is ongoing as shown below:
Steps to enable the chat option for ongoing sessions are as follows:
Step 1: Go to session > Select the session you wish to enable chatbox for.
Step 2: Select 'Stream Option' > Enable toggle button for 'Stream This Session'
Step 3: Go to Engagement Options > Enable/Disable - Live Chat.
Step 4: Click 'Save'.
