How to add files to the Session?

Hubilo Virtual Event platform allows you to add up to 10 files for each session that can be downloaded by the attendees.

 

To add files for a particular session below steps are to be followed:

Step 1: Click on the session name > Choose Basic Details and Scroll Down

Step 2: Click on add files > Select the files to be uploaded from your system > Click ‘Add’.

Step 3: Click 'Save'.

Step 3: Once the files are uploaded, the attendees will be able to view details and download the files from the respective sessions on your virtual event platform as shown below:

Note:

  • Maximum no. of 10 files can be upload in a session.
  • File Formats supported: DOC, PDF, PPT, EXCEL

  • File Size: 5MB (maximum)
