What are the Ticket Settings options?

Ticket in Registrations Tab provides Ticket Settings options using this you can :

  • Buyer Form

  • Tax setting

  • Buyer Transaction

  • Transaction Email

  • Incomplete transaction Email

     

Steps to access Ticket Settings are: Go to Registrations Tab > Select Ticket > In Tickets, click on 'Ticket Settings'.

 

In the Ticket Settings of Tickets, you can:

  • Buyer Form

  • Accept Payment In

  • Tax setting

  • Buyer Transaction

  • Transaction Email

  • Incomplete transaction Email

     

Buyer Form:

You can toggle on/off the Buyer Form depending on the information you, the organizer, would like to collect during ticket purchase.

You can also customize the Buyer Form by adding fields.

 

Accept Payment In:

You can set the currency type for the tickets.

 

Tax Setting:

You can apply Tax settings to the tickets like set the Country, Tax rate %, Tax Name, Send tax invoice to the buyer.

If you are selecting 'Send tax invoice to buyer', the following details need to be provided:

  • Registered Name

  • Tax Id

  • Country

  • State

  • City

  • Pin/Zip

  • Other Details (Optional)

  • Invoice Number

Buyer Transaction:

You can set it as Single or Multiple.

 

Transactional Email:

You can enable this option if you would like the buyer to receive an email upon transaction.
You can customize the Email Subject and Email Body as per requirement.

 

Incomplete transactional Email:

You can enable this option to send an Email to the buyer about their failed/incomplete transaction. You can customize the Email Subject, Email Body and Call To Action (CTA) Label to help the buyer to complete the transaction.
