What are the available features?

After you log in to your Hubilo dashboard and create an Event, you get access to a wide range of features and the event can be customized using those features.


A few of the major features are mentioned below:

List of available features:

  1. People - Add/Manage different groups of an event: Attendees, Exhibitors(Booth Members), and Speakers. You can create new groups apart from the pre-defined groups and every information of the participants will be here.

  2. Registration - Add paid/free tickets for your event. Once you add a ticket the attendees can buy tickets and access the event.

  3. Sessions - Add sessions to your event. Once you add a session you can add more details, configure live streaming, Switch ON registrations, make the session visible only to certain groups of people, etc.

  4. Virtual Booths (Booths) - Add sponsors and exhibitors to the event where you provide a virtual space for them to market their product or service by uploading the product videos & images and other downloadable collaterals.

  5. One - On - One meeting - Schedule a meeting between two participants during the event. You can also manage the meeting timings by adding time ranges to restrict meetings timeline.

  6. Lounge - You can create a networking lounge for all the attendees by adding lounge tables and making the in-person event experience more interactive. Set the slot duration for the meetings and specify lounge timings to make the lounge available in the time range.

  7. Rooms - Create rooms to host single or multiple sessions for conducting demos, product presentations, breakout sessions, etc, choose moderators from the people and allow who can join the room.
