Hubilo Mobile App enables you to attend any event at your fingertips, you can experience Hubilo events on mobile by downloading Hubilo event mobile app.
For each event on Hubilo, event organizers have the ability to host their event on the mobile app, therefore a dedicated app will be released & will be available on the Android play store and IOS app store.
Event attendees can simply download the app and follow the instructions mentioned below:
Click on the app link shared by the event organizer or search for the app on the app store to download it on your mobile.
Hubilo event app has 3 major sections: Bottom Menu, Additional Menu Items & Profile Section.
Here are the event sections you can explore to engage & network on the mobile app:
Log-in Page
Enter your email ID> Continue> Enter the OTP you have received on your registered email id > Verify> You can create your password for future login or simply skip it > Continue.
Reception Page
Reception is the space that enables you to see the summary of the entire event (event sponsors, sessions, speakers, partners, rooms, etc.) You can easily access them by simply clicking on it
Agenda Page
You can access each event section like the Agenda/sessions from the bottom panel tabs.
Join
To join/watch a session simply go to the agenda tab and click on the session you wish to watch
Click on watch session to join. You can also interact with other attendees and speakers from engagement options in the bottom (Char, Q&A, Polls, etc.)
People Page
From the people tab, you will be able to see the list of speakers and attendees/delegates in the event. You can also interact with them from here through chat and meeting requests.
Network Section: Hubilo event offers multiple networking features to interact & engage with event attendees.
Lounge Page: In lounge, you can sit at any networking table to host a quick meeting with event attendees.
Select the Lounge you would like to join > Grab a seat.
Ensure to give microphone & camera permission
Rooms Page: These are created by the event organizers to host breakout session or discussion session. You can join room as spectators & engage with speaker via QnA, Chat & Poll in the room.
Select the room you wish to join > Join Room.
Ensure to give microphone & camera permission.
Engagement Section: Hubilo event offers multiple engagement features to interact on the event platform.
Event feed: It's a social wall for the event, wherein the event organizer & attendees can post a picture, videos, polls & interact.
To post/see what is going on at the event check the event feeds. You can access it from the event feed option available in the bottom panel
Leaderboard: For each activity on Hubilo event platform, user gets points & accordingly reflects on the leaderboard.
To check the leaderboard score > Click on the Leaderboard icon.
Contest: Event organizers can create & host multiple types of contests in the event.
Click on Contest Tab> Select the Contest you wish to participate in> Submit.
Profile Page:
To edit your profile click on the right top corner > Edit profile > save. You can also add your interest and “offering/looking for” for better networking.
Settings Page:
To control the settings > click on the setting icon. You can manage general settings, your notifications preference, and log out from here.
