Role-based Access Control (RBAC) enables the administrator to add team members as co-admin or a coordinator. It allows restricted access to the various components of the Hubilo Dashboard.
How to add a co-admin to your dashboard?
Open the Hubilo Dashboard > Login with the admin credentials > Click on Team > Add Team Members
How to set permissions?
Super Admin:
Add Member's Email ID > Press Enter.
You will have the option to make the user a Super Admin (Will have access to all events & functionality on the dashboard.
Event Level Admin:
Add Member's Email ID > Press Enter > Toggle off admin button > Toggle on the switch for Event Admin (Therefore the user will have access to all events)
Specific event-level access:
Add Member's Email ID > Press Enter > Toggle off admin button > Toggle off the switch for Event Admin > Select the event name from the drop-down > Select the section for which you want to give access > Click 'Add'
Once the member is added, they will receive a notification on the email to join the dashboard, the member can set the account and login to the dashboard.
