Which data points can be viewed for different media files

Following are the metrics that can be viewed for different media files.

  • Total Viewers: Total number of times a media file was viewed.
  • Unique Viewers: Unique viewers who played the media file.
  • Returning Viewers: Number of unique viewers who rewatched the media.
  • Impressions: The number of times viewers hovered over or visited the media page.
  • Watch Rate: The percentage of viewers who watched the entire media file.
  • Play Rate: The ratio of unique plays to impressions.
  • Leads: The number of viewers who submitted a lead form to access the media. 
  • Viewer Details: Name, email, watch time, and impressions for viewers who submitted the lead form.
