Publish Linkedin Posts directly from the Snackable Content Hub!

Organisers can now connect their LinkedIn account to Hubilo’s Snackable Content Hub and easily publish their posts directly on their LinkedIn pages. That’s not all, they can also monitor their LinkedIn post analytics in the new analytics section in Snackable content Hub.

To share your post on LinkedIn, you will need to connect your LinkedIn account with Hubilo. To do this you can head to

  • Snackable content Hub > Analytics > Connect Account or

  • Snackable content Hub > LinkedIn > Connect Account

Once you click on connect account, you will be redirected to LinkedIn login where you will need need to enter your LinkedIn account credentials to connect your account to Hubilo.

On successfully logged in, you will be redirected back to Snackable content Hub & your account will be connected.

Before your share your LinkedIn post, you will be asked to confirm the page where you would like to publish your content to. All LinkedIn pages where you have admin access will be shared automatically.

After selecting your desired page, you are all set up. Now you can start sharing your Linkedin text, poll & video posts directly onto LinkedIn.

To do this, head to the Linkedin channel in Snackable Content Hub.

  • Select the post you would like to share on LinkedIn and click on Share on LinkedIn CTA in the top right corner.

  • The post will be processed and shared on LinkedIn in a few seconds. You will be informed about the same via an email as well as the status of the post will be updated in the SCH dashboard.

  • Once a post is shared on LinkedIn, you will not be able to make any edits to the post on SCH.

To view the analytics for the post, you can head to the analytics section in Snackable content Hub & click on the LinkedIn analytics section. By default we will show an overview of all the posts shared on LinkedIn. To explore the analytics for each posts' performance, simply click on the LinkedIn analytics to drill deeper.

We will be capturing and sharing the following LinkedIn analytics:

  • Impressions

  • Reactions

  • Comments

  • Reposts

Note: Analytics from LinkedIn are not updated in real time and will be updated on the Snackable Content Hub dashboard once every day.

You can disconnect your account at any time by clicking on the disconnect CTA.

 

Note: It is advised not to disconnect your LinkedIn account once connected as doing so will lead to removal of all analytics related to a post that has been shared from the content hub on your LinkedIn page.

 

In addition to this, you can also view your embedded video analytics in the SCH analytics dashboard as well. If the organizer has embedded an On-demand video recording or Hubilo shorts video from Snackable Content Hub onto an external page (eg. Blog, website, etc.) they will be able to monitor the embedded analytics.

We will be capturing the following analytics for embedded Videos:

  • Replays

  • Unique Replays

  • Total watch time (in hrs)

  • Watch time / user (in mins)

If you have embedded multiple videos, you can always drill down to view individual videos' performance by clicking on the Embed Video URL card.

Embed Video Analytics for each embedded video asset can be viewed in Hubilo.
 
Points to Note

  • While sharing Poll posts on LinkedIn the operation might fail due to the following limitations on LinkedIn platform:

    • Poll Question is more than 140 characters

    • Poll option is more than 30 characters.

In both of these cases, the sharing operation will fail and you will be informed about the same over email as well as within the Snackable Content Hub. You can edit the poll post and share it again on LinkedIn.
