Once your webinar ends on the final day, we will automatically create shorts for you. An email will be triggered to all organizer & team members informing them that the webinar’s snackable content is ready.
- You can find all video shorts in the content hub under the Resources Tab > Video Shorts Tab.

- Each AI-generated short will be available in 3 aspect ratios, allowing you to share the shorts over social media in the desired format

Once the video shorts are generated by our AI engine, they can be previewed, downloaded or embedded by simply hovering over a desired video short.
- To preview a video short, click on the preview icon to play the video, read its transcript along with a reason on why the short was prioritised by our AI engine.
- To download a short, you can click on the download icon & select if you would like to download the short in an Audio & Video (.mp4), or an Audio only (.mp3) format. Audio files can be used for audiobooks, podcasts ,and more. You can also download all shorts as a .zip file.
- If your shorts are not downloading, please ensure you have allowed downloads on your browser.
- To embed a short, you can click on the embed icon. The embed link will be generated & can be copied easily.
Notes
- Hubilo shorts are only supported for sessions streamed in English (UK, US)
- For generating quality short content, the recommended session length is 20 minutes or more, as it is possible fewer shorts may be generated for shorter sessions.
- All files will be downloaded in a .zip format. You may need to use a Zip extractor to access the file.
B. Creating a new video short
To create a short, head to Snackable Content Hub > Video Shorts, and click Create New Short. You’ll enter a 3-step editor:
- Trim – select the video segments
- Brand – add logos, captions, overlay text, intro/outro
- Preview & Save – finalize your short
- Once you create the short, it will be changed to the “processing state”. Once the processing is completed, all the organisers & team members will be informed about the completion using email.
- All new video shorts created by the organiser will be tagged as made by you. This short can be downloaded and embedded similarly to the AI-generated shorts.
- If the video short is saved as a draft, it will appear on the video shorts listing page and be tagged as a draft. A draft can be edited or deleted; however, it cannot be downloaded unless the video is generated.
During trimming:
- You can combine multiple segments up to a total of 5 minutes.
- Drag or click in the audiogram (waveform) or transcript to make selections.
- You’ll see selected regions highlighted, and removed parts greyed out.
- Exceeding the limit shows helpful messages:
- “You’ve reached the 5-minute limit for video shorts. To select a new section, first reduce your current selection.”
