Conversion Prompt allows organisers of events/webinars to generate demand/retention by redirecting the attendees to a certain link.
Conversion Prompt can be used in the below scenarios:

Post session cases:

Request a Demo - Where the attendee/client can request a demo of the product after the session.

Talk to sales - Attendees can have a call/schedule a call with the sales department.

Product marketing: The organisers can redirect the attendees to the products they are trying to promote.

Sponsor Exposure: The organisers can redirect the attendees to the the Sponsors they would like to promote.
This helps the organisers redirect the attendees as needed and helps them meet their goals from the event/webinar.
How to set up Conversion Prompt through Organiser Dashboard:
Step 1: Go to the session > Go to Conversion Prompts > Add prompt.
Step 2: Provide the Title, Link URL (URL you want to direct the attendees to), Button Text (these are mandatory) and Upload Image (Optional). Click on Save or Show on stream.
A conversion prompt preview will pop-up showing the prompt.
You can Edit/Delete/Show on stream/Hide the prompts by selecting the prompt.

A delete prompt pops-up to confirm deleting a Conversion Prompt.

Organiser can click on Show on Steam to show the prompt to the attendees in the session.

Organiser can remove the prompt from the session by clicking on Remove from Stream.
The conversion prompts can be tracked in the Session Report, there will be an additional sheet dedicated to the conversion prompts.
Note:

Session needs to be live to show a prompt on stream.

One conversion prompt can be shown on a stream at a time.

If a prompt is already shown on the stream, organiser need to confirm to replace it with a different prompt.

If there is any engagement already on the stream and the organiser would like to show a conversion prompt, a pop-up will show up asking to confirm if the organiser would like to replace the content currently displayed.

Attendee View:
The attendee will get the Conversion Prompt as shown below:
The attendees can dock/minimize the prompt by clicking on it. Clicking on the minimized prompt will pop-up again.
