Export Activities from Hubilo to HubSpot :

Here’s a non-exhaustive list of activities that you can export from Hubilo to HubSpot:

  1. Registered for the Event - Syncs the data when a user registers for an event on Hubilo.
  2. Logged-In to Event - Syncs the data when a user joins an event by virtual login.
  3. Session Poll Submitted - Syncs the data when the user responds to a particular poll published in the session.
  4. Session QnA Submitted - Syncs the data of the user posting a question to the QnA section when the session ends.
  5. Watched a Session - Syncs the user attendance data for a session once it ends.
  6. Event Survey Submitted - Syncs the data when a user submits an event survey.
  7. Session Survey Submitted - Syncs the data when a user submits the session survey once the session ends.
  8. Conversion Prompt CTA click - Syncs the data when the user clicks on Conversion Prompt CTA.

You can set up the default export settings via the following steps. These settings will be applicable across all new events that are created once these settings are saved:

  1. You need to enable the toggle for the activities for which you want the data to be synced:
  2. After you click on Finish, you can select the upcoming events to which the default settings across import, export of registration data and export of activities should be applied to:
  3. Once you select the upcoming events, you will need to enable sync for events to ensure the export of registration data and export of activities from Hubilo to HubSpot can begin:

 

A couple of important points to note:

  1. The above settings will be applied automatically to all events that are created once these settings have been saved (and to already created upcoming events selected by you). However, you can edit these activities for a specific event by navigating to the event level integration settings and clicking on ‘Review Settings’:
  2. While the settings will be applied automatically to all new events & to those upcoming events that are selected by you: export of activities will only take place if you ‘Enable’ sync by navigating to the event level integration settings and clicking on ‘Enable’
    1. Once you have enabled Sync, the activities selection within the event-level integration settings will be disabled and you won't be able to update them. You can update them by turning off the sync.
